The Journey Home strives to utilize a data-driven approach to ending homelessness. To that end, data is consistently collected from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to evaluate and analyze trends relating to the rate of homelessness and population specific movement over time. System performance data, such as first time homeless, emergency shelter lengths of stay, and exits to permanent housing, help us to evaluate and understand our system overall.
