The Continuum of Care and The Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) jointly launched and oversee the ongoing implementation of the Action Plan on Homelessness.  Action Committees are tasked with overseeing the launch and implementation of the plan's key strategies.  Additional operational and capacity building committees will carry out additional core activities stemming from community-wide efforts. Eligible committee members are individuals and organizations with an active CoC Membership and individuals working with a member organization.
