Youth Reach 2022

Youth REACH drop in centers

What is YOUTH REACH?

This is a count of individuals aged 24 or younger who are not in the physical custody or care of a parent or legal guardian and lack a safe and stable nighttime residence. The count takes place over two weeks and is happening not only in Baltimore City but throughout the state of Maryland.
